As

an Asset Reliability Intern, you will:
  • Support the analysis and improvement of equipment criticality, performance, and reliability across production assets.
  • Participate in the preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and process technical data related to equipment failures, downtime, and asset conditions.
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and reviewing maintenance plans, spare parts lists, and work instructions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and internship projects focused on increasing reliability, optimizing processes, and reducing operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Your development journey
  • A dedicated mentor who will guide and support your learning journey throughout the program.
  • Close collaboration with multiple departments, including Safety, Production, Quality, Planning, and other cross‑functional teams.
  • A personalized development experience, with training and learning opportunities tailored to your specific needs and career goals.
  • Regular development conversations with your Team Lead to review progress, discuss achievements, and identify future growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to real business challenges, improvement projects, and a collaborative international environment.
You would be a great fit if you have:
  • Final‑year student status or recent graduation in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in maintenance, asset reliability, manufacturing, and production processes.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English. German is a nice benefit.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
