• Lead platform and product architecture projects, defining end‑to‑end concepts for batteries, e‑axles, and ECUs.
• Own overall product definition, including system architecture, functional decomposition, interfaces, and key performance targets.
• Drive feasibility studies, ensuring technical, industrial, cost, and timing viability across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate and guide internal and external stakeholders (engineering, testing, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, partners).
• Lead cross‑functional teams through platform development, concept creation, and early‑phase maturation.
• Define and approve platform and product architectures, technical choices, and interface specifications.
• Make architecture and technical trade‑off decisions balancing performance, cost, risk, reuse, and scalability.
• Ensure coherent, robust, and modular platform solutions aligned with the technology roadmap and business strategy.
• Represent the organization as the product architecture authority in internal and external technical discussions.
• Oversee readiness and smooth handover of platform definitions and architectures into development and customer projects.

• Strong technical background in batteries, e‑axles, and electronics.
• Proven experience with system‑level architecture and multi‑domain integration (mechanical, electrical, software, thermal, manufacturing).
• Demonstrated expertise in feasibility studies, simulations, and trade‑off evaluations.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities in technical and cross‑functional settings.
• Skilled in value engineering, platform standardization, modularization, and cost/performance optimization.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners or suppliers.
• Excellent planning, tracking, and project management skills, with ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of automotive standards, technologies, and market trends.
• Proficiency in English.
