Senior Project Manager

to lead complex, interdisciplinary development projects in an R&D environment, with a focus on bringing new products from concept phase through industrialization and production readiness.

The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams and technical experts to ensure the successful development of market‑ready solutions, while contributing to the continuous improvement of methods, processes and standards within the development environment.

• Lead and manage challenging interdisciplinary development projects, focusing on the successful implementation of new products through to industrialization.
• Ensure the full development process is followed, from concept phase, design and validation to series readiness and handover to production.
• Coordinate and steer cross‑functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between R&D, production, purchasing and other involved departments.
• Prepare solid decision‑making foundations and facilitate technical and project‑related decisions together with subject‑matter experts.
• Contribute actively to the further development of methods, processes and standards within the development environment.

• Technical background combined with a completed engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the execution of development projects.
• Proven ability to successfully lead complex projects and deliver them within defined targets.
• Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities early and drive change in a solution‑oriented way with the relevant stakeholders.
• Open, convincing and communicative personality, with strong initiative and assertiveness.
• Structured and goal‑oriented working style, with the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• Fluent German for daily work at the site.
• Good English skills for collaboration with international development teams.
