Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance and repair of Affera‑systems at customer sites
- Technical fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving
- Support for introduction of new devices and technologies
- Close collaboration with Technical Support and internal interfaces
- Ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards
- Building trusted customer relationships through professional service
- Studies or training in medical technology, electrical engineering or related field
- Experience in technical service of medical device products
- Analytical, solution‑oriented working style
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel; IT/network knowledge advantageous
- Residence in Switzerland (central region)
This position is based in the Switzerland region (Central Switzerland). You will work primarily in this region and collaborate closely with local customers. The role may involve national travel to support customers across Switzerland. Occasional international travel may be required for training and education to stay up to date with the latest technologies.
