The role will focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of semiconductor development projects.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets and project risks.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product management and operational functions.
• Drive communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between development objectives, quality requirements and delivery milestones.
• Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers and technology providers.
• Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership.

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience managing semiconductor, ASIC, SoC or complex electronics development projects.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management certification would be considered advantageous.
