Verantwortung
- Du unterstützt den Betrieb verschiedener Cloud-Infrastrukturen für Server, Storage und Netzwerk
- Du betreibst und entwickelst Managed Services auf den bestehenden Infrastrukturen weiter
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der mit Kunden vereinbarten SLA sicher
- Du verantwortest das Partner Management und pflegst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (EFZ, HF/FH oder gleichwertig)
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Windows-Plattformen und IT-Infrastrukturen
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit VMware und/oder Hyper-V sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory
- Aktuelle Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
