You independently manage pension fund mandates for autonomous and semi-autonomous company-owned pension funds as well as collective foundations.  Supporting the foundation board with strategic concepts and the development of planning guidelines is also part of your tasks, as is the preparation and execution of board meetings including minute taking.  In close cooperation with authorities, reinsurers, auditors, pension fund experts, and other partners, you ensure smooth coordination.  

You are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26 as well as for reports, risk analyses, and investment reports, including ALM studies and IAS reports.  The seamless execution of all tasks in pension fund administration and ensuring operational business is at the center of your responsibilities.## Your strengths

You convince with an engaged, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a high degree of personal responsibility.  An entrepreneurial and service-oriented mindset influences your actions.  You have completed training as a certified pension fund manager or a comparable qualification, as well as solid experience in professional pension provision.  Your pronounced leadership qualities, social skills, and strong communication abilities enable you to successfully interact with various stakeholders.  

You speak German at a native level; very good knowledge of English ideally rounds off your profile.
