Ihre Aufgabe:
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Kreditorenrechnungen, Gutschriften und Spesen im SAP
- Erstellung und Verbuchung von Zahlungsläufen sowie Abstimmung der Bankkonten
- Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung von Differenzen
- Bearbeitung von Mahnungen sowie Interne und externe Anfragen betreffend Kreditoren bearbeiten
- Unterstützung bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sachbearbeiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen erwünscht
- Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung zwingend
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute SAP Kenntnisse
- Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbständiges, exaktes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
- Temporär mit Option auf eine Festanstellung
