Eine starke Teamfähigkeit sowie umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Politikwissenschaft und Projektmanagement sind erforderlich.
Der ideale Kandidat hat mindestens einen Masterabschluss und fünf Jahre Erfahrung in sicherheitspolitischen Organisationen. Es werden zudem sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Active Kenntnisse in zwei Amtssprachen verlangt.
