SODK sucht eine/n Leiter/in Generalsekretariat, die/der das Gremium fachlich und organisatorisch steuert. Sie arbeiten eng mit einem smallen Team zusammen, bereiten Geschäfte der Plenarsitzungen vor und begleiten politische Prozesse auf Bundes- und Kantonsebene.
Sie beobachten Entwicklungen der Sozialpolitik und unterstützen die Kantone bei tragfähigen gemeinsamen Positionen. Als Gesicht der SODK vertreten Sie Interessen in Gremien und im öffentlichen Diskurs.
