Die Konferenz der kantonalen Landwirtschaftsdirektoren (LDK) sucht per 1. Juli 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Generalsekretär(in) in Bern. Die Stelle ist Teilzeit bis 100% und erfordert Engagement in Agrarpolitik sowie Führungskompetenzen.
Sie leiten das Generalsekretariat, arbeiten eng mit Konferenzgremien und Partnern zusammen und vertreten Interessen auf Bundesebene. Voraussetzung:
Master oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, einschlägige Erfahrung, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sprachkenntnisse.
