• Implement care measures prioritizing residents' safety and comfort.
• Document nursing and technical activities meticulously to ensure quality care.
• Act as a contact person in emergencies with doctors, hospital, and relatives.
• Accompany and support residents and their relatives in everyday life.
• Ensure care quality by adhering to instructions and guidelines.

• Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
• Independent and responsible working style.
• Attentive listening and respectful communication.
• Humorous and appreciative attitude towards residents.
• Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German dialect.
