Data Analyst

We are looking to strengthen our Quality Control Department in Bern. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our quality and laboratory operations, managing samples and data, maintaining reports and protocols and contributing to the smooth running of compliance and investigation activities.
Your tasks- Update reports and protocols to ensure documentation remains accurate, current and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintain and update JMP files to ensure accurate data tracking, analysis and documentation
- Initiate and document deviations, quality events (QE) and investigations in line with established quality management processes
- Update and manage pull lists and perform sample pulling activities to support laboratory and operational needs
- Manage LIMS entries, including recording results, overseeing sample lifecycle activities and generating data extracts as required
- Perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the cold room in accordance with internal procedures and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s (BSc) or Master’s (MSc) degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with JMP is beneficial
- Familiarity with laboratory and quality management systems such as Veeva and LIMS (e.g., Lab Vantage) is beneficial
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation accurately in a regulated environment
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required;
German language skills are considered an advantage
