Oktober eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die den Alltag der Bewohner mit Geduld, Verständnis und Fachwissen aktiv mitgestaltet. Du arbeitest empathisch, betreust Bewohner einfühlsam, gestaltest den sicheren, würdevollen Alltag, baust Beziehungen auf, erkennst Bedürfnisse und übernimmst Tagesverantwortung in der Wohngruppe.
