Sie arbeiten in einem integrierten Umfeld aus ambulanten und stationären Angeboten und tragen dazu bei, dass Bewohnende täglich eine professionelle Pflege erhalten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Schichtverantwortung in der Nacht, eine lückenlose Pflegedokumentation und der fachkundige Umgang in Notfällen.
