Blinden- und Behindertenzentrum Bern AG – das «B» – sucht eine Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) 80–100% zur Begleitung und Pflege der Bewohnenden im Pflege- und Betreuungsteam. Du übernimmst die Tagesverantwortung inklusive Dokumentation und orientierst dich an den Ressourcen der Bewohnenden.
Du bist Bezugsperson, pflegst den Kontakt zu Familie und Umfeld und arbeitest interdisziplinär an Projekten im Haus mit. Idealerweise bringst du eine abgeschlossene FaBe-Ausbildung, Bereitschaft zur
