Blinden- und Behindertenzentrum Bern AG sucht eine Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) für eine Teilzeit bis Vollzeitstelle (80–100%). Sie begleiten Bewohnende, übernehmen Tagesverantwortung einschließlich Dokumentation und arbeiten eng mit dem Team sowie Familien zusammen.
Wichtig sind selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Freude an der Kommunikation mit involvierten Fachpersonen. Erfahrungen mit visueller Beeinträchtigung sind von Vorteil, ebenso Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung.
