Clerk / Clerk Services Radiology (a) 80-100%

• You are the friendly face at reception – for patients, doctors and physicians at our radiology locations:
  Salem Hospital, Medical Center Wankdorf, Beau-Site Clinic, Permanence Clinic
• In the call centre, you coordinate appointments, plan radiological examinations and are the central contact person for our customers
• You inform, accompany and prepare patients for radiological examinations
• You take care of administrative tasks, such as sending reports and documents or obtaining medical records
• As a hub in everyday practice, you keep an overview and act confidently at the interface between medicine, administration and patient service

• You have completed basic training in a service-oriented sector
• You are known as a communicative, flexible and socially competent personality
• A natural, warm manner with a lot of empathy is important to you
• Your PC skills are very good and you are confident in using digital tools
• You have very good German and French skills; additional languages are a plus
