Insel Gruppe sucht im Inselspital Bern eine:n Apotheker:in mit Schwerpunkt Spitalpharmazie. Sie betreuen die Arzneimittel-Hotline, optimieren den Medikationsprozess und erstellen Guidelines in Zusammenarbeit mit Kliniken.
Zudem arbeiten Sie am Stammdatenmanagement von SAP/EPIC mit und sichern die Arzneimittelbeschaffung, auch bei ATMPs und Compassionate-Use-Fällen. Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium mit idealerweise Spitalpharmazie-Erfahrung sowie relevante Zusatzqualifikationen
