InGold Aesthetics operates two medical practices, each located in the heart of Zug and Bern, as a reference point for excellence in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine and anti‑aging.

Dr. S. Ingold and her team ensure perfection based on high‑quality, natural and harmonious results.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA EFZ) 60‑100% for our Zug or Bern location, starting immediately or by agreement.

• Managing patient reception; scheduling appointments and surgeries; customer communication (telephone, email, Whats App, letters)
• Medical assistance during aesthetic treatments and minor surgical procedures.
• Performing non‑medical aesthetic treatments (a corresponding detailed instruction by Dr. med. Ingold will be given before the start of the work).
• They write medical reports and are responsible for the usual secretarial work and telephone reception.
• Sterilization of surgical instruments (after appropriate, thorough instruction)
• They coordinate and carry out the administrative tasks of the practice.
• Temporary worker at the InGold Aesthetics Academy. This academy aims to train and guide both medical and non‑medical practitioners towards excellence.
• Preparing/cleaning up the practice for practice operations and putting away the equipment
• Invoicing, accounts receivable management and cash reconciliation
• Support in organizing the practice, including social media, as well as creation and advice on cosmetic treatments and care products.

• Training as a
  Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ)
• Career change
  as a registered nurse, certified healthcare professional or certified dental assistant
  is generally possible with appropriate commitment.
• Precise, reliable and efficient work methods
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. Any additional languages are an advantage, especially French.
• They are flexible, resilient, motivated, committed and have the will for their own development within the practice.
• They possess organizational skills and basic knowledge for assisting with social media.
• Well‑groomed appearance
• They have good PC skills.
