Dein Aufgaben gebiet:
- Selbstständige Abwicklung der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt für Mitarbeitende im In- und Ausland
- Betreuung von HR-Anfragen sowie Pflege der digitalen Personaldossiers und HR-Plattformen
- Administrative Unterstützung bei Rekrutierung und Bewerbermanagement
- Erstellung von Reportings und Unterstützung im Zeitmanagement
- Abwicklung von lohnrelevanten und administrativen Aufgaben bei unbezahltem Urlaub und Mutterschaftsabsenzen
- Weitere abwechslungsreiche administrative HR-Aufgaben
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Weiterbildung als HR-Assistent
* in / Personalassistent
* in von Vorteil - Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen bzw. HR-Serviceprozessen
- Stilsicheres Deutsch oder Französisch (C2), gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Landessprache sowie Englisch (B2)
- Work location 3011 Bern (BE)
- Workload 60%
