Ein IT-Unternehmen in Bern sucht einen ICT Supporter/-in im 1st Level für eine spannende Herausforderung im Kundenkontakt. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie in einem 80-100%-Pensum die Kunden bei IT-Anliegen und lösen deren Probleme. Wichtig ist eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Betriebsinformatiker/in EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie Kenntnisse im Microsoft Client/Server Umfeld. Der Umgang mit Microsoft 365 ist für Sie kein Fremdwort und stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch wird vorausgesetzt.
