We are seeking a skilled Infor M3 Supply Chain Specialist to optimise and manage supply chain operations through the Infor M3 platform. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Infor M3 to streamline procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, ensuring seamless supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

• Implement, configure, and optimise Infor M3 Supply Chain modules to support organisational needs.
• Analyse supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Infor M3 functionalities.
• Develop and maintain customised reports and dashboards for supply chain metrics and KPIs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor M3 related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate data flow and system integration.
• Conduct user training sessions and produce documentation to support system utilisation and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Infor M3 releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

• Proven experience working with Infor M3 Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Technical proficiency in system configuration, report writing, and troubleshooting within Infor M3.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or training in Infor M3 are highly desirable.
