Cloud Managed Services Engineer on Versa One Platform (all genders) YOUR ROLE - THAT WAITS FOR YOU
Provide end‑to‑end management and technical support for complex networking problems reported by customers on the Versa hosted platform.
- Help customers solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity
- Replicate customer issues in a lab environment
- Work with engineering team to replicate issues and test possible fixes
- Work on problems across all Versa Networks solutions
- Manage incident/ticket lifecycle
- Set up infrastructure
- Create knowledge articles
- Write bash/python scripts
- Solid knowledge of the Versa One Platform (SASE, Security Service Edge, Advanced Security and Secure Network)
- Minimum two years of project implementation experience on the Versa One Platform suite
- Expert level routing: OSPF & BGP, MPLS, L3 VPN
- TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW
- Good understanding of IPSec VPN/SSL‑VPN/NAT/GRE
- Hands‑on experience with anti‑virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering
- Understanding of security logs, vulnerabilities, CVEs, threat maps
- Experience handling perimeter security, endpoint security, web and email security
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment
- Knowledge of virtualization, SaaS, IaaS and related technologies
- Dev Ops skills incl. alerts monitoring and issue remediation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex server or network issues
- Flexibility to work 24x7 rotational shifts
- Debugging hardware & software system‑level problems in multi‑vendor, multi‑protocol environments
- Experience in threat analysis and security incident handling
- Log source onboarding of on‑premise/Cloud
- Prior TAC experience is a plus
- BS (MS preferred) in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Advanced routing/switching skills (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience)
- Versa certification (SD‑WAN Associate / SD‑WAN Specialist)
- Fluent in English
