Sie sorgen für Betrieb und Sicherheit der heterogenen MacOS/Windows/Linux-IT-Umgebung und betreuen rund 100 Clients inklusive VPN, 2FA und Drucker. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Installation von Arbeitsplätzen, Inventarführung, Störungsbehebung im 1st/2nd-Level-Support sowie Unterstützung bei Videokonferenzen und Webseitenpflege.
