Sie unterstützen Endanwender, bearbeiten Störungen und arbeiten im 1st/2nd Level Umfeld. Sie bringen eine IT-Ausbildung oder Quereinsteiger mit starker IT-Affinität, fundierte Service-Desk-Erfahrung, Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management sowie M365-Tools mit.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Kenntnisse in Italienisch/Französisch (mind. B2) runden das Profil ab.
