You gradually take on more personal responsibility, up to leading your own client mandates

Depending on your interests, you can specialise in:
Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, IT Project Management, Process Engineering, Data Analytics / BI, or Innovation & Strategy, Corporate, Organisational Development & Change.

What you bring

You are in the penultimate or final semester of your Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field

You have a strong affinity for technologies and digitalisation

You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in teams and client contact

You have already gained practical experience (ideally in the digitalisation environment)

You want to take ownership and develop quickly in a demanding environment

You recognise where AI creates added value in everyday work and use it deliberately and responsibly
