As Teamleader Cyber Security Services, you take on the strategic and operational leadership of the Cyber Security Business Line of the Netrics Group. With your focus on pioneering Microsoft security solutions, you position our company as a leading Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) in the Swiss market. You bear full responsibility for results regarding revenue and EBITDA and continuously develop our service portfolio.

• You develop and successfully implement the short-, medium- and long-term Cyber Security strategy of the Netrics Group
• With your strategic skills, you maintain and strengthen alliances with Microsoft and other technology partners
• You lead a multidisciplinary team of SOC analysts, security engineers, consultants and sales managers on both personnel and professional levels
• You ensure high service quality and are responsible for the entire service lifecycle from design to operation
• With your technical know-how, you work directly on demanding customer projects and in escalation cases
• You actively contribute to customer acquisition, presales and the creation of solution designs
• You achieve the set business plan goals in the areas of revenue, profit and market share and sustainably position Netrics as a strategic security partner at decision-maker and specialist levels
• With your business management focus, you control budget planning, cost control and margin optimisation

Professional:

• Several years of solid experience in building and operating managed security services, especially SOC operations
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft security technologies such as MS Sentinel, MS Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud), MS Purview as well as outside the MS environment (e.g. Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet)
• Experience in designing and implementing security architectures in hybrid and cloud environments (Azure, M365)
• Ability for hands‑on technical involvement, especially in complex projects or escalation situations
• Experience in incident response, penetration testing, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks) is an advantage

• Strong leadership qualities for mixed teams of senior and junior roles
• High entrepreneurial competence combined with P&L responsibility experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills at C-level
• Ability for change management and internal positioning of new business units
• Negotiation confidence with technology partners, customers and internal stakeholders
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
