Innosuisse sucht eine/n ICT Service Manager/in mit Supportaufgaben (80-100%). Du sorgst für bedarfsgerechte ICT-Services, betreibst den Service-Katalog und koordinierst interne sowie externe Leistungserbringer. Die Rolle verbindet Service-Steuerung, Betriebsintegration und Supportpraxis.
Du arbeitest hybrid und unterstützt den ICT Support im Tagesgeschäft. Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Services, Prozessen und Dokumentationen bei und arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen zusammen.
