DevOps Engineer, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Engineering, operation and optimization of Service Now services and platforms
• Ensuring stability, availability, quality and security in operations
• Automation of processes via APIs and CI/CD
• Development and operation of Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code solutions
• Support in incident, problem and change management according to established processes

• Degree (University/FH/HF) in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Dev Ops and infrastructure, as well as in operating server operating systems and relational databases
• Practical experience in automation and CI/CD, for example with Ansible and Git-based pipelines
• Experience with enterprise platforms, ideally Service Now On-Premises, including API integration, monitoring and logging
• Analytical and structured, with a passion for solving complex technical problems
• Self-driven, reliable and quality-conscious; you promote continuous improvement
• Team player and communicative, with the ability to coordinate across team and functional boundaries
• Excellent written and spoken German;
  English is an advantage

Demonstrates expertise in Engineering, Operation, and Optimization of Service Now services, with a strong focus on Automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions. Proficient in incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring stability and security in operations.
