SAP S​/Migration Specialist

A leading logistics company in Bern is looking for a SAP S/4 Migration Specialist based in Bern, Switzerland.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA or SAP R/3 (Junior or Professional level)
• Controlling and finance knowledge or a corresponding professional background
• Experience in SAP transformation, migration or implementation projects
• Experience in test management, user acceptance testing (UAT) or integration testing
• Experience in preparing and conducting training courses

• High level of self-organization and structured, solution-oriented work style
• Strong focus on testing and quality
• Good communication skills — both written and spoken
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with the SBB landscape and its processes
• Resilience in a complex, multi-project environment

• German: very good (written and spoken) — mandatory
• French or English — preferred

• Minimum commercial or technical training with a focus on finance/controlling or IT — mandatory
• Further training in the SAP environment and/or project management — an advantage
• SAP certification (S/4
  
  HANA, FI/CO, PPM/PS) — advantageous

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA or SAP R/3 (FI/CO, PPM/PS) — mandatory
• MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Planner) — mandatory
• Jira and Confluence — desired

• Preparation and support for the migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Assistance in planning migration steps and dependencies
• Support during data migration and validation
• Support during the migration and implementation phase

• Planning, preparation and execution of the tests
• Documentation of test cases and test results
• Follow-up and support of troubleshooting

• Preparation and support of user training courses
• Creation of training materials and instructions

• Planning and execution of the cutover to production operation
• Coordination of the participating bodies during the transition phase

• Support in operational controlling
• Participation in project and program management
• Support with reporting and coordination tasks
• Familiarization with the existing system and process landscape
