Freestar-Informatik AG sucht eine/n IT-Service-Desk Mitarbeiter:in mit Fokus Italienisch zur Unterstützung der namhaften Kundschaft in der Region Bern. Sie nehmen Störungsmeldungen entgegen, arbeiten mit Ticketing-Systemen und pflegen die Wissensdatenbank.
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikbereich, erste IT-Support-Erfahrung (1st/2nd Level) und beherrschen Deutsch (C1) sowie Italienisch (B2). Die Stelle ist 80–100% in Raum Bern, Festanstellung.
