DevOps Engineer Service

Role Overview

As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering, operation, and secure, continuous development of the Service Now On-Premises platforms. You will focus on stable, standardized, and reproducible operational processes across multiple environments.

Your tasks will include engineering, operation, and optimization of Service Now services and platforms, ensuring stability, availability, quality, and security in operation. You will also automate processes through APIs and CI/CD, and develop and operate Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code solutions.

We are looking for an analytical and structured individual with a joy in solving complex technical tasks. You should be self-responsible, reliable, and quality-conscious, and drive continuous improvement forward.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Several years of experience in Dev Ops and infrastructure
• Experience in the operation of server operating systems and relational databases
• Practice in automation and CI/CD, for example with Ansible and Git-based pipelines
• Experience with Enterprise platforms, preferably Service Now On-Premises, including API integration, monitoring, and logging
