IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist | Med Tech

I'm currently supporting an innovative and fast‑growing Med Tech company in Switzerland in the search for an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to support critical manufacturing and production IT environments within a highly regulated industry.

• Manage and maintain production‑related IT systems & infrastructure.
• Ensure high system availability and troubleshoot technical incidents.
• Support manufacturing teams with 2nd/3rd level IT support.
• Administer Active Directory / Entra  & user access management.
• Support endpoint security, backup solutions & IT security measures.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity & system reliability within a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Participate in infrastructure and industrialisation projects.
• Introduce and improve technologies supporting production operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation & procedures.
• Collaborate closely with production, QA and internal stakeholders.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience including a strong & operational IT & Infrastructure background.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra .
• Experience in Med Tech, Pharma, Life Sciences or other regulated industries highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP / GxP / CSV environments is a strong advantage.
• Scripting knowledge (Power Shell, Python etc.) is a plus.
• Structured, reliable & solution‑oriented mindset.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
