As a Chief Customer Outcomes and Services Strategist, you will architect comprehensive service and software strategies that align Cisco’s portfolio with client business objectives to secure long-term partnership value. You will negotiate complex, high-stakes Enterprise Agreements and service contracts to expand our market presence and drive sustainable, recurring revenue. By driving the adoption of our technology and service offerings, you will accelerate client success and ensure customers realize the full value of their investments.

You will cultivate deep, cross-functional partnerships across the public and private sectors to identify new opportunities and deliver cohesive, value-driven solutions, both directly and through Cisco partners. Finally, you will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle with precision, ensuring consistent revenue performance and operational excellence from initial discovery to final contract closure.

  Oversees and aligns services across Swiss public and private sector customers, Maintenance and Professional Services, and Enterprise Agreements (EAs).

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of related experience (or Master’s + 6 years / PhD + 3 years).
