Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a public sector organisation operating in the security and policing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and overseeing complex testing activities within an agile environment, and will work alongside the business departments and IT to ensure high software quality.

• Overall responsibility for test management in challenging IT projects within the police and security sectors
• Planning, designing and coordinating all test phases (system testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, regression testing)
• Establishing, further developing and managing test strategies and test concepts in an agile environment
• Working closely with product owners, business analysts, developers and business departments to ensure the quality of requirements
• Risk and defect management, including prioritisation, tracking and reporting to stakeholders

• Several years’ experience as a Test Manager in IT projects (end-to-end testing responsibility)
• Excellent knowledge of the design, planning and management of testing activities in complex, distributed system landscapes
• At least 3 years’ experience with test automation in the role of Test Manager
• At least 1 year’s in-depth experience using Xray as a test management tool
• Experience in the police sector is desirable

• Business-proficient in English (B2 level)
