SRG SSR bildet motivierte Lernende in unterschiedlichen Lehrberufen aus und bietet eine praxisnahe Ausbildung in einem innovativen Umfeld. Die Lernenden arbeiten an IT-Projekten, lösen Probleme und testen neue Funktionen, während erfahrene Praxisbildner sie begleiten.
Die Ausbildung findet größtenteils in Bern statt; bei überdurchschnittlicher Leistungsbereitschaft wird der Besuch der BM-Schule unterstützt. Französischkenntnisse gelten als Vorteil und persönliche Entwicklung wird großgeschrieben.
