Support clients in developing AI visions, identifying use cases, and achieving measurable results

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify valuable AI agent scenarios aligned with business priorities
• Advise clients and design AI initiatives tailored to their organization, framework conditions, and policies
• Establish AI governance structures for responsible AI, risk management, compliance, and platform governance
• Train users on how to work with AI agents and build a solid understanding of governance guardrails
• Coordinate stakeholders from IT, business, compliance, and management, and actively support change processes

• A college degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles in the field of digital transformation or AI adoption
• Solid understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data protection, compliance, and access management
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and the Power Platform
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in German and English
