Die Mobiliar sucht einen IT Quality Master (w/m/d) in Bern, unbefristet, 60–100%. Du leitest die Teststrategien der Release Trains Neo und Attack und sicherst die Qualität der Versicherungsprodukte.
Du koordinierst ART- und bereichsübergreifende Tests, führst Business Tester und Quality Engineers fachlich und lateral, sowie Stakeholdermanagement und Metriken zur QS-Effektivität. Du entwickelst das QS-Vorgehen weiter, arbeitest eng mit der ART-Troika, dem Quality Architekten und anderen Mastern
