- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management oder IT-Prozessmanagement und kennst die Anforderungen moderner IT-Organisationen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL v5 und weisst, wie du diese praxisnah in Prozessen und Standards verankerst
- Du bist vertraut mit Prozessmodellierung, idealerweise BPMN 2.0, sowie mit Business Process Management
- Du denkst analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und erkennst Potenziale für kontinuierliche Verbesserung
- Du moderierst Workshops sicher, überzeugst im Stakeholder-Management und kommunizierst klar mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
