We are currently supporting a major S/4

HANA transformation programme within a large Swiss organisation and are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Treasury & Risk Management Consultant to join an established, agile team.

The organisation is undergoing a significant transformation of its Treasury IT landscape, with the migration to SAP S/4

HANA planned through to early 2028. As part of this programme, you will take a key role in the design, implementation, customisation and testing of the new Treasury landscape, with a particular focus on SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), including FX Exposure Management.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can quickly take ownership of complex topics, work independently and contribute from day one, while also helping to build and transfer knowledge to the internal team.

• Design and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) solutions, including Analyzer and FX Exposure Management
• Carry out SAP TRM customising and implementation, with a strong focus on utilising standard SAP functionality
• Design and implement interfaces between SAP and trading platforms / surrounding systems, including via SAP TPI
• Analyse and challenge business and technical requirements and translate them into practical solution designs
• Contribute throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing and troubleshooting
• Support data migration activities and related preparation
• Produce clear analysis, decision‑making documentation and technical documentation
• Work closely with Treasury, business stakeholders, architecture teams and internal/external IT partners
• Support the existing SAP Treasury environment during the transformation, including incident management, operational support and handovers
• Proactively transfer knowledge to internal team members and ensure solutions are well documented for long‑term ownership

• Several years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, particularly Treasury & Risk Management
• Strong practical experience with SAP TRM and Analyzer
• Proven experience with FX Exposure Management
• Strong SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation and customising experience
• Practical experience with data migration and migration preparation
• Experience integrating SAP with trading platforms and other SAP / non‑SAP systems
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Treasury processes
• Experience working on complex SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation or implementation programmes
• Ability to analyse complex requirements, challenge existing approaches and develop pragmatic solution designs
• Very good German (C1) and good English (B2)

• Knowledge of cash flow and payment processing
• Experience with SAP Cash & Liquidity Management
• Knowledge of SAP FI
• Experience working in an agile or SAFe environment
• Experience supporting productive SAP solutions and handling operational incidents
