A well-established Swiss industrial technology company is looking for an SAP SD Specialist who enjoys working close to the business
, solving real operational challenges, and shaping how order-to-cash processes run in a production environment.

This is a role for someone who knows SAP SD from hands-on experience
, understands sales processes end-to-end
, and enjoys delivering solutions that make an immediate impact on the business.

You will join a collaborative SAP team where ideas are heard, decisions are fast, and your expertise truly matters.

In this role you will act as a key SAP SD expert supporting and optimizing sales and order-to-cash processes across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising business stakeholders on SAP SD solutions and process improvements
• Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end O2C processes (quote order invoicing)
• Customizing SAP SD based on business requirements
• Supporting technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Working closely with SAP colleagues and business teams across departments
• Contributing to international SAP rollout projects and scalable system solutions
• Providing 2nd level support within the SAP Solutions team
• Bridging the gap between SAP standard functionality and custom developments

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or similar qualification
• Several years of experience working with SAP SD
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
• Experience with SAP SD customization
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA is an advantage
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging or SAP logistics is a plus
• Business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• German (C1) and good English
