This is a senior,
client-facing Project Manager role leading complex technology projects and programmes from planning through delivery.
- 7+ years' project management experience
- Strong experience delivering large-scale technology projects
- Proven external client-facing project leadership
- Telecom, network technology or enterprise software experience preferred
- Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and change
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including C-level customers
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Microsoft Project and MS Office experience
- PMP / PMI PMBOK knowledge desirable
- Small world or Ericsson Network Engineer experience advantageous
- Lead complex customer technology projects and programmes
- Manage project plans, schedules, scope and delivery objectives
- Control risks, issues, dependencies and change
- Manage project budgets, resources and delivery activity
- Lead internal and customer-facing meetings
- Provide regular project and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Resolve escalated project issues
- Support continuous improvement across the PMO
