Einleitung
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, eigene Ideen einbringt und sich in einem offenen, kollegialen Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchte.
Art der Arbeit- Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Incidents via Telefon, Remote Support und Ticketsystem.
- Du analysierst Störungen, grenzt diese ein und löst sie möglichst selbstständig.
- Du unterstützt bei Windows Clients, Microsoft 365, Office und Kollaborationslösungen.
- Du pflegst die Wissensdatenbank und entwickelst Lösungen laufend weiter.
- Du arbeitest nach ITIL-Standards und trägst mit deiner klaren Kommunikation zu einer hohen Servicequalität bei.
- Abgeschlossene IT-Grundausbildung (z.
B. ICT-Fachmann/-frau EFZ oder Informatiker/-in EFZ). - Erfahrung im Service-/Helpdesk und 1st Level Support.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und Entra ;
Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil. - Analytische, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse;
Französisch von Vorteil. - Kundenorientiertes Auftreten, Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit.
