Payroll Specialist

We are currently supporting our client in Bern, Switzerland, in their search for a Temporary Payroll Specialist. As part of our client's team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, contributing to the smooth running of their operations and supporting their commitment to operational excellence. Employee should have strong know-how in time regulations and payroll, including understanding of interfaces between Workday, the time system, and SAP. Experience in project management is required.

• Proven experience in payroll processing in a Swiss environment
• Strong understanding of Swiss labour law and time regulations
• Ability to manage and reconcile data between multiple HR and payroll systems
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a temporary, fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders in both German and English
