We are expanding our global procurement organisation, and we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (f/m/d). In this role, you will be responsible to execute source-to-contract processes across various categories and sites.
** Your responsibilities
*** Leading procurement projects/RFPs to optimise costs and ensure supply
* Negotiating commercial terms and contracts
* Compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA)
* Monitoring KPIs and regular reporting
* Collaborating with stakeholders, Finance and global teams to optimise processes and ERP systems
** Your profile
*** At least 8 years’ experience in the field of operational and strategic procurement
* Strong background in running RFPs (tenders, bid comparisons and supplier selection)
* Solid experience in contracting, including negotiations
* Experience across a wide range of Indirect categories.

Experience with Direct Procurement is a plus
* Ideally, experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine production and knowledge of regulatory requirements
* Degree in business administration, engineering or similar; preferably with a procurement qualification (CIPS, CPSM)
* Proficient in the use of operational procurement tools (Medius, catalogues, e-sourcing tools); strong analytical skills
* Excellent command of English is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus
