Sourcing Specialist f​/m​/d

Location: Kvistgaard, Denmark / Bern, Switzerland

We are expanding our global procurement organisation, and we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing source‑to‑contract processes across various categories and sites.

• Leading procurement projects/RFPs to optimise costs and ensure supply
• Negotiating commercial terms and contracts
• Compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA)
• Monitoring KPIs and regular reporting
• Collaborating with stakeholders, Finance and global teams to optimise processes and ERP systems

• At least 8 years’ experience in operational and strategic procurement
• Strong background in running RFPs (tenders, bid comparisons and supplier selection)
• Solid experience in contracting, including negotiations
• Experience across a wide range of Indirect categories; experience with Direct Procurement is a plus
• Ideally, experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine production and knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Degree in business administration, engineering or similar; preferably with a procurement qualification (CIPS, CPSM)
• Proficient in the use of operational procurement tools (Medius, catalogues, e‑sourcing tools); strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of English is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus
