• Plan and lead ATM outsourcing projects – from goal setting, project structure, and resource planning to coordination with clients.
• Successfully manage complex professional projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Maintain continuous oversight of project performance, analyze budget, schedule, and quality deviations, and initiate appropriate actions.
• Manage stakeholders transparently, involve all relevant parties, and coordinate collaboration with controlling and specification bodies.
• Lead the project team, proactively demand performance, and ensure efficient cross‑domain collaboration.
• Independently develop analyses, concepts, and decision bases, and create solutions for complex project challenges.
• Support product and partner managers with strategic initiatives and ensure project outcomes are integrated into the overall strategy.

• Minimum three years of experience leading medium‑to‑large complex projects, ideally in banking or ATM environments.
• Familiarity with classic, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies, successfully applied in ATM or comparable projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource and risk management, and creation of analyses and concepts.
• Experience in change management and transformation project support.
• Proficiency in reporting to clients and management; confident in cross‑domain communication processes.
• Knowledge of digital platform solutions, IT integration, and preferably outsourcing or cooperation models in finance.
• Excellent written and spoken German; good spoken skills in a second national language.
