Ein internationales Industrieunternehmen in Bern sucht einen erfahrenen Manager Back Office Customer Service Center. In dieser Rolle leiten Sie ein Team von etwa 10 Mitarbeitenden und stellen die operative Exzellenz sicher. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, die Optimierung von Serviceprozessen und die Gewährleistung einer hohen Servicequalität. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service und Führungskompetenz sind erforderlich.

Die Position verlangt auch fortgeschrittene IT-Kenntnisse und eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
