Manufacturing Professional – Fachmitarbeiter Sterilabfüllung Nachtschicht (m/w/x). The role is part of the Filling Line V within the Sterilabfüllung area. A permanent night shift (Monday to Friday, 22:00–05:30) is being established to handle planned capacity increases. The shift will be developed and stabilized by you within the existing two‑shift system (Monday to Sunday, 05:00–22:30). You will report directly to the night shift group leader.

• Operate in a controlled cleanroom environment and ensure sterile filling of medications in compliance with strict hygiene requirements.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, manage automated processes, perform changeovers and ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Prepare materials and equipment needed for production.
• Work in GMP compliant manner, continually ensuring adherence to quality standards and hygiene regulations.
• Perform regular controls and document all production steps precisely.
• Responsible for cleaning production lines and clean rooms.
• Assist with maintenance of production equipment and contribute to long‑term operational safety.
• Collaborate on process development and optimisation to increase efficiency and quality.

• Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
• Completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical or technical sector.
• Preferable experience in a GMP regulated production environment.
• Reliability and accuracy, structured work, strong focus on quality.
• Teamwork and initiative, open communication, positive work climate.
• Flexibility and learning readiness, acceptance of new processes and technologies.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
• Safe PC usage, routine use of digital systems in daily production.
